and install some update from HP (including the new battery update), it looks well

Did you do the factory reset on the device or used the HP program on the cd?

follow the instruction on hp.com
press and hold rec, start, ok, and press reset once
then the screen shows "clear data"

I was having freezing problems too, along with some battery issues and unusual responses to screen taps in the lower right corner of the screen, so I did what cha0sengine had suggested for battery problems: 5 hard resets, pulled the battery for an hour, then charged until light was green. Then I made a clean reload of my apps instead of restoring from a backup. It has been 4 days, and this is the best my 211 has worked since I purchased it. I was getting so frustrated with this thing that I had contacted the guy I sold my loox 720 to and asked if he wanted to sell it back.
