Hello, I'm a total newbie to the Pocket PC world, coming from many years using Palms (latest is a Tungsten T5 with a rapidly dying power switch).

I did a search in these forums but found nothing (probably used incorrect search terms) but I'm seeing both the 210 and the 211 for sale and wonder if there is any difference?

I live in the US, in case that makes a difference. I think I saw on some web-site (can't remember now) that the 210, 211 and 214 are the same but different model numbers for sale in different parts of the world.

Please forgive me if this is a very silly question or if I should have chosen my search terms better to find where this has already been discussed to death, but when I order one I want to be sure I order the right one from Amazon, where there is both the 210 and the 211 for sale.

What I found also is related to sales. HP will give the 211 to corporate buyers and teh 210 for the consumers. Both are identical in options but the numbers is just to track who buys what and how many. Marketing strategy for future devices.

Thank you very much -- I can order the 211 from Amazon without worry. :)

Once it arrives I'm sure I'll have more questions, but I'll also have a better idea of what I'm reading about in the posts already on the forum.
