Posting this tip in hopes of winning the Touch phone...

I found you can significantly cut the soft reset time on the HP21x by deleted the bluetooth on icon on the startup folder in the windows folder. it doesn't affect the use of bluetooth but it sure saves time.

Uhm, do you mean by deleting the BTTrayCE.lnk file in startup folder you can speedup the boot without impairing in any way the BT functionality? I might just try.
