I deleted my messaging account that I sync via wifi to verizon.net on my ipaq 210 because I was having some problems sending messages. However, when I tap on the new account setup option, it goes directly to the default outlook emai account on the ipaq. I cannot find any options anymore that it will configure my messaging setup as it did in the past. Tapping on the add new account option in messaging does nothing except, again, bring me to the default outlook email.

Soft resets do not help. I would like to avoid a hard reset if I can. no new software installed except bejeweled 2 a few weeks ago.

any ideas besides hard resetting?

setup assistant got my account back but I could still not create any new ones. I ended up hard resetting it which worked out anyway because I was switching all my stuff from one pc to another.
