Aximsitemobileicon Can't find my wireless printer

photosmart mobile in the ipaq : I want to print a .jpeg. press print. Then print using bluetooth available printers none are given. (Note: I have a wireless printer which is recognized by other computers). Why is the ipaq not recognizing the printer?

Obviously using the SD card is real simple but trying this other option.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure if that is a question, but,

You said in your first post that you were trying to Print Via Bluetooth.
If that is the case the Ipaq will look for available BT Printers.
If your printer is Wireless and not Bluetooth it won't find it.

If you have an option to "Print Via Wireless" then it would look for your wireless printer.

I follow you now. I need to figure a way to connect my ipaq to the network printer. Ipaq is unable to locate it.

Do you have drivers for your device installed?

I hope this isn't a dumb question but on my ppc or pc.

This mobile photosmart by hp must be used somehow. It looks nice and am trying to connect to a printer. Does it need active sync (I don't believe it does?) Does it need active sync to locate the printer (I would't think it would?)

Also on my ppc there is a lot .dll files on it pertaining to the software so my guess is it does. (Brand new so should all be there.)

Maybe I have to have it connected to active sync with computer on connected to a corded printer on search pocket IE via active sync and then press print. (Sounds ancient to me doing it that way).

I have never tried printing wirelessly from any of my devices before. However just like your computer I would think there need to be a communication path & this but be done by a driver. Your PPC is never going to see your printer without having a driver or software installed for your printer.
