My IPAQ 2210 would not power up this morning. Worked fine last night. Connected it to PC to do a database download for a program I use regularly. The download completed according to a message on my PC, but my IPAQ will not power up.

Any idea's on how to determine what the problem is?

i would remove tha battery for a few minutes then soft reset the device.

does the attention/charging light illuminate when cradled/plugged in?

will the device power up when cradled/plugged in?
