I have a ipaq 2215 with the infrared port. When I point it at a printer it see the printer and says it found. My question is how do you print stuff out this was?

You need some print software on your pocket pc before you'll be able to print. Here are links to some applications you might want to check out:

HP used to provide a free Mobile Printing application, but they discontinued it a year ago.
