The backlight does turn off according to its settings, but no combination of battery/external power timings in the Power control panel works consistently. Right now, if I leave my ipaq running no apps & doing nothing, there's maybe a 25% chance it will go to sleep. I've also disabled all my today plug-ins, too. Any known software conflicts? hardware defects?
