Off the bat the card will not work when you plug it into your device without drivers. I don't think there is PPC drivers for that kind of card.
I would also question why you would want to use that kind of card with a PC Card-to-CF adapter when you could just get a CF wifi card. CF wifi cards are really cheap nowadays. There was several Symbol CF wifi cards on eBay going for $30.00. The card comes with drivers for the PPC. There are also other cards.
Generally, PC Cards for laptops where not meant for PPC device although some devices can be used.
