iPAQ 3800 keep blinking after its charged

I'm having an issue with my iPAQ3800. After I have charged the unit it stays blinking not able to turn on until I have reset unit. Can someone help me?

Does this happen every single time you recharge the iPAQ?

Yes every single time I recharge the unit. I have not yet hook up to a computer I want to make sure its fully charged and the bugs workout.

Problem solved found the new sync cable that I purchase is bad..
