How can I upgrade the OS on my 3765?

Hello,
I´m a new Ipaq user and I recently acquired a 3765.
Can anyone tell my what upgrade possibilities there are for my OS (Windows Mobile right now, don´t know where to find the version number)
and also how to go about it and where to get the files.

Go on the compaq website, and on there you'll be able to up the upgrade pack, to upgrade to WM2003
