Trouble linking 3630 to PC
Hi everyone

I recently found an unused iPAQ 3630 at my office without the manual or software. After looking around on the net I downloaded the manual and the activesync software and installed it on the PC. Following the activesync prompts I plugged in the serial-port and placed the ipaq in the cradle (I also bought a USB adaptor with the same result as below). Unfortunately, there is no automatic connection, nor can a connection be found when I press the search button. The ipaq does detect the signal as it starts trying to connect as well. Does anyone have any idea how I can sort this problem out?

Thanks,
Brett

Could be a bad connector(s) on the iPAQ, bad cable, etc.
What OS are you installing to? Is it a network server?
