I have an IPAQ 3950 with two problems.

Last December I installed a new 2,600 mAH battery that I bought on eBay, and upgraded to 2003. Everything worked fine.

Problem 1- The IPAQ has been sitting unused for a month, and the battery is dead. I put it in the cradle and the amber power light flashes like it is charging, but the battery is not charging. The Power indicator stays on 0%. I removed the back and checked the connections to the battery, they are fine.

Problem 2- I was trying to load some software and needed more storage space. I went to the page with the memory allocations and the slider. However, I could not move the slider with the stylus. Before I have been able to do so.

Does anyone have any ideas? Problem 1 is critical, Problem 2 I can work around by storing the files on the storage card.
