i bought a 3760 Ipaq I need help synchronization my computer is not responding to it so i need help

ActiveSync for XP

or

Windows Mobile Device Center for Vista.

Have you checked that your firewall and AV software is permitting the sync software to connect?

If you are trying to sync to a Vista computer, you will not be able to sync the 3760 to your computer. Windows Mobile Device Center, the syncing software you have to use on a Vista computer, only supports windows mobile 2003 or later Pocket PCs. The 3760 runs windows mobile 2000 or windows mobile 2002, so you will never be able to sync that device to a Vista computer.

But if you are syncing to an XP machine, you should be able to use ActiveSync to sync the device. If you are trying to sync to an XP machine, please provide more information about the kinds of problems you are experiencing when you attempt to sync. Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what are they? What version of ActiveSync have you installed to your computer?
