Hi I have a HPIPAQ RX3115. Currently I am using it with a 1GB SD card. Now with 2 GB and 4 GB SD cards available in market, I am wondering how much can I expand the capacity? Can I go as high as the SD card is available (I saw even 8GB ones)? Or is there any other limitation?

You should be able to use a 4 gb SD card in your pocket pc. Anything bigger than that is in the SDHC format (and some 4 gb cards are too), which are not compatible with any IPAQs.

I use an A-Data 4gb card in my pocket pcs and it works great!
