WiFi Apps
Can't seem to get any to work with my 4150.

Pocket WinC says "unable to locate adaptor" and airscanner says "windows ce failed to load the packet capture driver"

Any suggestions on software that will work for it?

while im here, any suggestions on cases that also serve as a wallet?

Thanks

Airscanner is not going to work since there is no available working version for WM2003 as they dropped their plans to provide a version for WM2003, if you are talking about the airscanner packet sniffer.

You shouldn't have to. When you start WiFi on your 4150 first and then start Pocketwinc it should detect that the WiFi driver is loaded and start using it.

I am not really sure if it really works or not on the 4150 using the integrated driver. Have you checked Cirond's website?

There are oodles of utilities for the Pocket PC. What kind of utilities are you looking for and does it matter if it is freeware or payware?

Hey sKiBa, how did you finally get pocket WINc to work? I am getting an error message, "Unalbe to locate adapter." Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing, website, nothing. I'd love to know how you got yours to work....

yep got it working, first i made sure I had the right version...
this one if youre one a 4150
http://www.cirond.com/site/products/...unt.php?type=7
(not the pocket pc 2002 version)

Then I just switched on my wireless and loaded pocketwinc, you have to have the wireless on first. That's it, I just had the wrong version I think.

Well, that was it! Thanks a lot sKiBa, I had the 2002 version installed also. Very cool program. I would also love to hear what downloads people are having success with - being a newbie and all.

Thanks again!
