The IPAQ 4350 crashes and lose everything
Is that common. After I install everything.. and then like 2-3 weeks when clicking on the power it does not come on and when it does It loses everthing. I had it for like 2 months + now already. What is the problem actually ? Advise besides changing a new unit. It was brand new and sealed. What can be done. Battery is new and using PPC 2003.

Crashes can happen. However the only way to lose data is to completely loose power to RAM. If power is severed to RAM then data will be lost and it will go through a hard reset. Loosing power can result from a problem with the circuitry or it can be caused by a glitchy batter. Just because it is a brand new device does not mean it can't be glitchy. I would go on and keep a close eye on your device. If it happens again then I would start taking some steps to getting it fixed.

Hopefully you had a backup of your device.

soft reset..
I used to get this myself. For me it was apps running in the back. A soft reset before bed solved my problem.
