Hardware-wise, absolutely no difference. The only difference in the model number is for HP to track what sales channel the device was sold from.

In terms of hardware they are identical - HP uses the xxx5 to distinguish between retail and commercial sales.

The software packaged with them may be different though - again as they are aimed at retail and commercial sales.

Perhaps on the vendor site? Or do a google on something like "packaged software for 4155".

Most of the software that is included are trial versions. I would pick whatever device you could find for the cheaper price. When I had to replace my 4150, I found that the 4155 was cheaper and I bought it from MobilePlanet.

HTH!
