Sync to my Exchange server
Hi ,
I have been trying to sync my Ipaq 4150 to my Exchange 2003 server for a couple of weeks and it's driving me crazy .I can sync to the PC in a cradle and can also access the internet from the Ipaq but cannot get it to sync to the Exchange server. It's SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003 . It's looks like it is gonna do some thing and then I get errors . Latest is HTTP_302 . I have ssl turned off and have tried different variations of usernames and IP addresses to get the thing to sync but nothing . My PC has XP SP2 and I think I have all the necessary ports open in the XP firewall to allow AS to get to the server .

Thanks for any help .

Tommy

Keep trying. I use a hosted MS Exchange solution for my email. I utilize ActiveSync to sych with the Exchange Server using either WIFI or Bluetooth (though my cellphone with GPRS). Took a while to set it up with the right authentication information from the provider but now it works great. However, it sounds like you are trying to set it up to connect to your own Exchange server rather than a third party ASP solution.

The Exchange server is part of the main (and only) server on our network. It's a new install so should work O.K. I had a problem getting OMA to work but after installing Exchange 2003 SP1 and checking some sites for solutions , I got that working . I thought that it may be part of this problem but this is still happening .
