Activesync my 4350 via bluetooth?
My boss provided me with an IPAQ 4350. He does not want his employees to put software other than his own on the IPAQ, so he did not provide us with a docking station or sync cable.

Last week i got myself a USB bluetooth Dongle and tried to connect to the PDA. Filesharing and browsing with home pc are working. However if i want to install software on my PDA, the software can't connect to my PDA with activesync. I got the latest activesync on my home pc.

Anyone know how to get the activesync working?

I got the software of bluesoleil on my PC.

Should you not respect your boses (who is the owner of the PDA) wishes?

(Alternatively buy a sync cable you can use at home )

What is bluesoleil ?

If you want to sync using bluetooth (and once sync'd install programmes) have a look at Ted's Bluetooth guide - there is a link in my MyPDA on the left.

If you have WinXP SP2 you can use the built in software, but normally you use the software that comes with your dongle - have you been to the manufacturers website to get the latest version?

I Use WinXP SP1. So i guess there's no bluetooth software available in sp1?

I got the latest update, but it gives nothing but trouble. Can't uninstall anymore.
