Ativesynch using Wi-Fi instead of USB How ?

I have been searching through the net for days on how do I synchrno files with my PC to the 4355 using Activesync [by Wi-Fi] Instead of the USB Cradle.. I was able to use the internet wi-fi using a Wireless Access Point from Belkin [works nicely] and quite far as well. But when I try to connect it to the PC... I somehow was unable to going to ActiveSynch and Options and De-Selecting the USB .... anyone ?
