Finally...got everything up and running
So I was on the phone with HP tech support until about 4am last night, and figured out that they are a bunch of retards. The guy ended up doing a procedure on my PC, which caused me to lose all my contacts (I was sooo pissed off). Anyways, I finally hung up with the guy, in a worse position then I was when I first called, and decided to take it upon myself to mess around with everything and figure it out. Finally I got everything working, including being able to synchronize all my contacts and calendar info, even though it's Outlook 2003.

I do have to say that this thing isn't the easiest device to figure out, but once you do...damn is it ever an amazing tool.

I love this thing!!

I'm listening to some Dave Matthews right now, which is streaming from one of my other computers on my network....gotta love Wifi!!!

Congrats on getting everything working.

Calling tech support is what I save as the last option. You will find that sites like this can provide you with much better help.

ya...for the record i am posting this from my 4350 while sitting in my living room...i love wifi

anyways...my luck struck again...because i called tech support again tonight for this "one file could not be synchronized problem" and got the same guy. keep in mind this was the same guy that advised me to do something causing me too lose all my outlook contacts. as you can imagine...his credibility with me was shot.

anyhow, glad to say that now everything seems to work!
