Can someone confirm something for me prior to me ordering....

I am looking to order a case for our iPaq. Are all iPaqs that begin with 4xxx with keyboards?

BTW.... the case states that it's for the 4000 series....I have a 4355.

The 4150 is has the same performance and features, except for the battery, which is smaller, as the 4350 series, but the 4150 does not have the integrated keyboard. It has essentially the same form factor as the 1900 series.

The 4350 series does have the integrated keyboard.

So, no, not all of the 4xxx series has a keyboard.

No. The 4150 (4155) and 4350 (4355?) are different sizes.

The 4150 does not have the keyboard at the bottom, which means your iPaq is much longer than a 4150. You should check the size of the case and its suitablility with the seller.
