Cany I sync 2 PCs using my 4100

Greetings
I've been trying to find something specific to my circumstances but haven't done so yet. I have been syncing for about 2 years between my home PC and work PC using my 4100 and it's worked well. All 3 devices end up the same. Now that my home PC has been replaced with a Vista model and my work PC is XP SP2 I'm starting to read I may have a problem continuing with the system I had before.
At home I'm using Vista with Activesync 3.8 but I realize I'll have to upgrade that. At work I'm using XP SP2 with Activesync which I just upgraded to 4.5.
1. Is there a way to keep using 4100 to sync the 3?
2. If yes, how can I do it?
3. If no, is there a hand held that will do it?

I think that's about all so if anyone can assist it would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
Dean

You can still sync to 2 different computers, but you won't use ActiveSync to sync to your Vista machine. If you've installed ActiveSync to that machine, uninstall it and then download and install Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC).

Check out these instructions on how to set WMDC up.

Thanks Julie. Just to clarify, does that mean if I have the d/l WMDC on my Vista and Activesync 4.5 on the XP both PC's can be synced using the 4100?
