Whenever I put my iPaq 5555 in the supplied cradle, it does not always connect as the unit is really loose in the cradle. I can jiggle it around to get connected, but if I move or bump the unit it disconnects. Is anyone else having this problem and if so, how did you resolve it.

Have you presed the button on the back of the cradle? This pops up a tab on each side. This helps keep an iPAQ without a sleeve connected more firmly. (I hope that made sense)

I had my iPAQ for quite awhile with the same problem before I discovered this because I didn't look in the notes on the cradle.

Hope this helps, if not, maybe either the cradle or the iPAQs connector is loose?
