What recommendations does anyone have for organizing Notes on their PDA

I’ve
1. set up subfolders in Outlook for Notes section on PC. The subfolders won’t show up on PDA though.
2. tried to set up subfolders on PDA, but could not move Notes from Outlook into them.

Is it just me, or are these MS programs frustrating, and complex??


I’m running
• Activesync 3.7.1
• IPAQ 5450
• Windows XP pro on one PC, 2000 pro on other
• Outlook 2002

Do you have "notes" checked in Activesync under Options>Sync Options.

Don't know if this will help, since I don't sync my notes with Outlook.

Thanks. Yes, have Notes checked in Activesync. Notes in main folder of Outlook will sync, but subfolders will not.
