It will read CF cards but you will need to get a PCMCIA CF card adapter. It is cheaper to just get two different expansion packs because you can get them for about $40 on eBay.

I don't know about it being cheaper to get two sleeves. I picked up a pcmcia to cf adapter for my sleeve at compusa and spent a whopping 14 dollars on it.

Well when you consider you can get a sleeve for about $40 on eBay, give or take a few dollars. And the link that seek posted is a PCMCIA card sleeve for $140. By my math, even if each sleeve was $60, you could still get two sleeves out of it.

Agreed that paying the retail price for the sleeve that Seek posted was to much, but I still prefer to carry only one sleeve and the adapter if I need it. I got my sleeve (pcmcia) on ebay for around $60, as you mentioned, but why spend another $60? The adapter does the job, and MUCH cheaper, IMHO

I am just saying that you can get many sleeves if you want to customize, it is all up to you.

Appreciate the help guys!

I was looking at some referbs for about 60 CAN on ebay, the link was more for the description.

Could you post a link to the adapter I would need with the link I posted plse.

I dont really need an external Pcmia card right now, so any links on good CF+Battery back be appreciated.

Any Canadain links be the best

You can get that one for $0.99. Usually those brands are okay if you haven't heard of them. They will work, and it isn't a great loss if they don't. Keep in mind the shipping is $15 to Canada, and that is about the cost you can get an adapter for at any store. You can go to BestBuy, Compucentre, etc. and they will have these adapters. You shouldn't really be paying more than $30 for an adapter like this. Good luck, and wise decision to buy the PCMCIA with a CF adapter, it keeps your options open if you ever buy a PCMCIA card.
