I have an Ipaq 5555, a Wifi router / hub and I have set them up to access the internet and print files on the Ipaq which works fine - I would just to be able to access my files on my PC over WLAN.

How can I do this? Is there any software (preferably freeware) that will let me browse my PC and open / edit files from the Ipaq.

You could give Netrunner a try. It is freeware and it will allow you to map a shared drive from your PC to your PPC.

If you have Resco Explore, you can do the same thing. The only thing is Resco is not freeware.
