jogga is right, but ill clean it up a lttle if i can. using activesync, you would need to have outlook installed on your computer and set up with a profile, meaning, you would have to have launched it and opened it at least once, whether youre going to use it as an email client or not. then once youve done that, set up activesync to syncronize your contacts, and any other information (favorites, email, calander etc) then sync the first device untill all the uinformation on the pda matches the information in outlook. cradle the other device and set it up so that it will sync your contacts and anything else you want, and establish a sync with that and all the contacts will be on both devices. you cannot use guest partnerships to do this, so when activesync prompts, you need to set up a standard partnership to sync contacts calanders etc...
its very easy to do. thanks microsoft for at least that much...
