I´d like to change my ipaq language from portuguese to english or germany.

Do anyone know how to do that?

Changing the language of an IPAQ is not supported by HP and you won't be able to simply install an English ROM update that is located on HP's website. As far as I know, there is no way for you to change the language of your IPAQ to English.

if you know that by installing ENG ROM u will not have HP warranty anymore u can install modified rom or WM6.5 from xda

u can also use the tools they have there 2 install an original rom

but!
u must also know that if u faile the update u may break your device !!
