Not quite sure what you are asking exactly.

6315 Memory Upgrade

The 6315 can't have its RAM upgraded (at least, not until Pocket PC Techs comes out with the upgrade ). You can add SD memory cards, of course, and those are currently up to 1 GB.

Steve

P.S. It's best not to start posts with indefinite pronouns like "it"; say what device you're talking about. Maybe people don't necessarily notice what forum the thread is in (using Today's Posts and View New Posts make it more difficult to notice the forum a post is in). I had to look at the forum title to figure out what you were talking about because neither your subject nor your posts mentioned the 6315.

"Good and stable" Software can be installed and run from the SD Card without probs. Some cheap, free or instable tools can't.

Out of the SD Card there is no RAM upgrade possible, since the OMAP processor has its limits in adressing memory.

We should be clear that there is a difference between flash memory and RAM. RAM is reauired to run the applications. All other memory is used to store applications and data.

As already noted, the 6315 cannot have it's RAM upgraded beyond the built in 64 Mb. If you need more RAM, consider other devices.
