6315 and SMS problems
Hello,
I got a HP6315 on release day from tmobile, it is the model with the T mobile logo under the 3 led lights.
SMS messages dont show up in my sms inbox. My today page shows I have SMS messages (2 new) but when I go to my sms inbox there is nothing there, sometimes there is the outlines of the two message blocks but they are emtpy and I can't delete them or move them or anything. I have my SMS service number setup correctly according to tmobile. My firmware is 1.000.01. I have done soft-resets as well as hard resets with no luck.
Should I exchange my phone or is there something I need to do?

I know this sounds almost too basic, but are you looking in the correct location? See picture:

Hi, My first time here so o hope I have done this right. I also have a problem with SMS. After the first time I Auto Synced the pda I lost the SMS inbox altogether. Can't sem to get it back for love or money it seems. My today screen shows 2 SMS mesages waiting to be read but I can't find where they are. All I have left in accounts / folders is "Auto Sync" and "MMS".

Anyone know what has happened here ??

Regards Ken
