BTW, today was my first day at work with it. By the time 3:00p rolled around, I was in the red w/ battery power (started at 6:30a). I was doing a healthy mix of gprs, wi-fi and phone calls but am bummed that I couldn't get to the end of the day.
Are accessories like extra battery and car chargers out yet?

Yes there are car chargers. In fact, the older chargers for other iPaqs will work as well.
