Buying HP 6315
Hi guys,

Having gone through some research and reading throught the forums here, I'm really interested on buying the HP 6315.
Since I'm currently in Sydney, Australia, do you know where I can buy it? or maybe somewhere in Asia?

Also would it be locked as well, just like those who buy it from T-mobile?
Really appreciate anyone's advise.

Thanks.

You can buy them in unlocked in singapora. They're called h6365's but they're exactly the same as the 6315, in every way, except they're factory unlocked, and don't have any T-Mobile software or branding on them.
I bought mine from DOML, and it shipped to me in 4 days and I'm in Canada, no problems.

Thanks for the info....
But with a price of US$749.99 ??? Is that worth buying ??? That's U$150 more expensive than the normal price...

I'm assuming the T-Mobile unit price has be discounted, because it requires a T-Mobile plan. In which case, and additionaly $150 sounded resonable in my book.
But If you're planning to use this unit as a phone, make sure you read my post about Bluetooth - I'm sorry to say, but basically this unit is not a phone replacement if you use your cell a lot (in my opinion) - something to consider when you're factoring in the price of the unit - Now i wish i'd just bought a ipaq 4150 and a nice small bluetooth phone and headset - all in all it would have been about the same price and i would have been much happier.
