I have had only one problem with the 6315 after 2 weeks - low volume on alarms(either the builtin Microsoft Calendar alarm or Alarme. The alarm can barely be heard next to the ear and not at all in the case. I have upped both volume controls to the maximum but no help. Any ideas? TIA John

I RESEARCHED THIS PROBLEM and found that low volume on the 6315 is a recognized problem. I found two solutions. One was to install an "audio editor" about which I know nothing. The second was to download a program called SuperAlert which increases the volume on Pocket PCs. It worked well although it takes up some more of the limited main memory.
