If I choose accept, I talk to the new person fine, but when I return to the original phone call the phone either crashes or the other person can't hear me talking anymore.
If I don't choose anything and just wait for them to stop calling, the phone either crashes with the ignore/accept screen sitting there or the other person can't hear me talking anymore.
And when I say they can't hear me talking, it's not just quiet. They absolutely can't hear me. It's like the headset goes dead.

Yes. This is the type of things that happen to me as well. Most of the time it doesn't even get that far. It just drops both callers and leaves the popup window open.
I am not somone who gives up easily, but I went ahead and ordered a PDA2k for $400 more than I bought this thing. I am going to return the hp6315 tomorrow for a refund. Unfortunatly, the nature of these devices is to have quirks like these. So I expected it. I was hoping though, that HP & Tmobile would be swift with solving problems like these. Stuff like this should of been caught in the beta testing. Its clear they are having customer beta the product.
Everyone on the internet says that i-mate (ones who make pda2k) are REALLY good at supporting their product and work with the customer daily with status to updates and problems. They really care about the quality of their product in the field. Even though I know that HP & Tmobile have great customer service, I have not found this type of support from them. HP/Tmo would just have me replace the handheld until I got one that worked. It seems this is the way tech support is going these days (to just replace it until you get lucky). Reminds me of my Treo600, I was on my 7th!!! Treo600 when I bought the HP6315 (anyone here who is a past Treo 600 user, knows about the buzzing problems with Treos).
Flat out, I bought pda2k because of the support I can get from the product. Its worth the money to me.
