This ipaq 6365 is more trouble than its worth. Bad enough the wireless thingy isnt working now my sister has discovered that the sim prong is broken which means the warranty is void ! Now she put in a simcard just 3 days back and this morning got a message ïnvalid sim". On opening up the battery compartment, the simcard fell out of its compartment becuse the LHS prong has chipped !
This is poor quality all around ! Is there any solution that someone can give ?
And is there anyway one can complain to HP on this ?
Incidentally the ipaq didnt fall anywhere and for a device that is less than 2 weeks old and for which she spend $600, this is 3rd rate !

Adding onto my mail of this morning...i read that the motorola had a similar problem caused due to overheating of the battery and that the treo too was afflicted but HS would replace without nullifying the warranty..why then is HP voiding the warranty ? Is it because its a known problem they are not willing to pay up for ?
