Hi All

Mick from the uk here

I have and am very happy with an ipaq 6340.

I need a stereo headset with microphone, not bluetooth that i can use to listem to music with and also to make/recieve calls....and one got any good ideas as i cant find a 3.5mm headset anywhere over here.....

if anyone can help i would be most grateful

HI There. For Stereo Headsets, you can search on ebay.com. THere is a wired stereo headset with mic for $30USD .. THere is also a bluetooth stereo headset with mic for $50USD. I haven't tried either, just FYI.
Maybe someone else on the forum tried either of them or another one?

Seidio has such an item, and the cord is retractable; check them out at http://www.seidioonline.com.

Hi,
I have tried the Seidio 2-in-1 retractable headset. The problem with that one (for me anyway) is that the microphone is not working very well. I need to put it real near my mouth to get an acceptable volume to the part at the other end. I have tried to switch off AGC in the IPAQ Audio settings and tried the highest microphone gain 6, but with no success. It would be interesting to find a solution for this. Anyone else with a good solution??
