For some reason I now have a black screen when the Image Capture page is opened on my HP 6315. The buttons are all there and I see them function when I press them. It actually takes a black picture as seen in the HP Image Zone program.
I have done the following: Made sure my finger did not cover the opening, soft reset, hard reset, remove SD card and do both resets. It just may be broken but I thought that I would ask if anyone has had the problem before I have it sent for repair. I have the latest update on the software.

Surprisingly, it did work just fine for the first day or two then went black.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Well, the camera has returned and working just fine. Don't ask me why. Thanks to those that at least read my problem.

I had a similar problem, mine corrected when I removed soem Mtux application I had installed....
