Invalid or missing SIM card
I just received my factory unlocked h6365. I have inserted my Cingular SIM card, but all it says is "Invalid or missing SIM card." I have already set the phone settings to United States and to Cingular; likewise I have gone to the personal settings and changed the Phone Band to North America (850/1900). I don't know what else I am supposed to do to make it work. HELLLLP!

Welcome to the site.

Have you tried to insert a friends' sim card on another network in the phone? If it does not work still, then the unlock of the phone is not successful; if it is working on your friends, but not yours, you can probably contact cingular to get a replacement SIM card.

Stinkypaul is right. You should contact cingular about the defected sim, but i think their going to give you a new phone number

im in england and bought a 6315 on ebay, but my sim card from vodafone is to small, do i need to get a t-mobile one?
