Dear wizzards,

I am not so sure I like my new gadget. At for now as I encounter some odd things:

1) I was told by an HP sales rep that I cannot use SKYPE as HP blocks it. Sounds strange. But I also was not able to install it. So, is it possible to use the phone via SKYPE?

2) I do not like the sound and volume when using the phone. Is there a trick to improve it or do I have to live with this poor quality?

3) Please point me to a good software site with recommendations, user ratings, foc stuff or even a simple thing like a good chess program.

I installed SKYPE without a problem. But I didn't use it because most friends use msn or icq but not skype, so I can't confirm that it works also.
