Hi,
I have been using my IPAQ for a couple of months and I went on holidays. When I came back I couldn't use it anymore. The screen is not responding to the taps. I recharged the battery...no changes. It freezes when I have the align the screen.
Can somebody help me to resolve this problem or can somebody explain me how to reinstall the whole thing. Just like factory settings.

Hi Henristrike and welcome to the site.
To carry out a hard reset (back to factory settings) press and hold buttons 1 (usually calendar) and 4 (iTask) and the soft reset button all at the same time until the screen goes dark then it should start to bootup with a fresh install. Note: Everything in main memory will be lost so make sure you have a backup.
