You have to send your e-mail via your carrier's SMTP, since you're using GPRS, your SMTP server has to be similar as your APN, or if you have an e-mail account that requires authentication for sending e-mail, you can also use it, if you don't know your ISP SMTP name (ej, mail.yourisp.com) try to find the ip address of the server and put that in your e-mail account in Messaging, assuming you're using WM2003 Messaging...
