I have the 6365 and am having a problem with the mic.

I am unable to record notes or talk on the phome using the inbuilt mic. when i use the phone te mic icon at the bottom has a x next to it.

I am able to use the bluetooth to talk.

Is this a software problem that i can fix by either downloading an upgrade?

Any help would be apprecated

did you install any software or changed any setting recently?

have you tried soft rest?

and lastly, hard rest would be the sure way to know if it's software or hardware issue.

When you click on the mic icon with the "x" on it while making a call, does the x disappear an the microphone work?

If not, download and reinstall the latest wavedev and rilgsm update.
