TCPMP on my H6365?
Any advice on installing tcpmp or improving the codecs in wmp9, as i cant view my videos...

Unfortunately, you can't improve the codecs in WMP (it's not like the desktop version). Have you seen this very useful thread:

ALL Known Codecs for TCPMP!

If you are looking for others (e.g., RTSP) you might want to consider CorePlayer.
