hello all!

i am trying to make an app for my ipaq and i am trying to find the most suitable programming language/IDE and APIs. I would like to have access to the bluetooth, to the WIFI (with ipv4 and ipv6 message infrastructure) and to SMS service.. Which one do you think that best suits my needs?

i am currently working on two axes with the first one having more chances to "win". I am using the Visual studio 2005 with the .NET compact framework and C# (visual C#) to try to work around the above issues. However i still cannot find any good API library (dll or sth) to give me bluetooth and WIFI access. THe other axe is using the J2ME solution which seems to be a lot harder. I cannot decide the best 3rd party java virtual machiene and the best API for the above issues.

I would be extremely grateful if you could give me any hint/suggestions!! ;-)
