I would say the camera could be worth the extra few bucks (or pounds) if you find yourself in a situation where you will kick yourself later for not having it.

for those in the UK, Insight seem to be the cheapest currently...
£370.11 including VAT

I have confirmed with HP that their two model codes FA385A and FA385T contain the same hardware and software.
(Was concerned the Insight one didn't include TomTom as it's not mentioned on their webpage.)

There's a preview in this months Stuff magazine (nothing on their website yet)
that moans about Win Mobile 2003 and the low 312Mhz processor.

Hopefully their full review in a future issue will be more positive.

Looking forward to reading it.

I noticed the rumoured spec for the 6715 aside from built in WiFi is 500Mhz cpu.
On expansys support forum someone was hinting at a release inside the year.
Could be worth the wait, especially if the new OS is also available.
