Initial "Tap Screen" not working and wont start alignment ! HELP !

Help ! When I tap the screen, nothing happens. If I press the "mail" button the "Align Screen" pops up with the crosshairs in the middle but won't move at all. It did active sync ok. I did several soft, one hard rests, and even took the battery out. Same thing. The only thing I know is that it is not yet fully charged - could that be it?

sounds like you lost your digitizer for the screen.

is your PDA new?

Have you tried a hard reset?

Have you recently put a screen protector on?

Have you recently dropped you unit?

Basically have you changed anything recently?
