MS Voice Command....program works great with the 6515.

I don't know if the 6515 will get the 5.0 upgrade but Voice command is supposed to come with 5.0.

I tried Fonix on my MDA... It worked fantastically as long as i was in a quiet room by myself.. But outside or with some background noise I just couldn't get allong with it (which is a shame as it was bundled and costs me nothing). I've also tried Vito but you have to set up all your own voice tags and Voice Command... And I think I'm going to end up Buying VC

how come my 6515 does not come bundled with fonix. in fact i remeber the same issue with my xda 2i. i saw in the uk o2 site that they gave the fonix (and others) in the bundle but o2 asia never gave the fonix. in fact there's no extra companion cd at all!

Not sure about the 6515 but the software bundle depends on the vendor..
For example although the Imate Jam, MDA Compact and the XDA mini are the same physical hardware they all come with diffferent Rom Images and bundled software. So I guess that O2 Asia didn't pay for the extra software

Well looking on the bright side.. you haven't had to pay for the dodgy bit of software that refuses to dial numbers properly either
