Proper way to Shut Down
I want to change the SIM in 6515. Could anybody please let me know what is the proper way to shut down the pda and remove the battery? I could find the way to Shut Down the PDA. Or it is okay to suspend and than simply remove battery

Sorry, if I am asking very basic thing but this is my PDA

You can just suspend the PDA and remove the battery and it will run off of the backup battery.
Not 100% sure you can remove the sim card in that state but I don't see why not.

That is the only way we can do, I belive this all HS (Hotswap), even ur SD / MMC card can remove directly.

Note: Don't keep ur battery out for long time u will loose all ur data

Taking the battery out is the same as soft reseting the phone. So just take the battery out, swap your SIM and put the battery back in.

Thanks everybody

Your time and help is much appreciated. Actually, I have never used PDAs and on desktop there is a procedure to shut down the PCs. This is what I got confused with.
